SMS authentication is not available.
If SMS authentication cannot be performed on the iOS device (iPhone), the following factors may be the cause
◆ You are not using a smartphone or SIM card that can send SMS.
*If you are using the SMS application "+ Message (Plus Message)", you may not be able to send.
If the problem persists, please try authenticating using your phone number.

After sending an SMS, if the authentication fails, an invitation to authenticate by dialing the phone number will be displayed.
* If the SMS authentication fails after sending the SMS, please wait on the screen and the screen below will appear.
Please click "Authenticate by phone call".
② After confirming the terms of use, click "I agree to the terms of use and make a call".
③ Make a call to the phone number displayed on the screen.
④ Please dial the 4-digit authentication code provided by the automated voice service from your smart phone.
*Please refer to your device manual for the dialing method.
If the authentication is successful, the screen will automatically switch to the app after the call ends.
Click "Next" to register a new user.
*Depending on the device you are using, the screen below may not be displayed and the registration information entry page may appear.
In that case, please continue to enter your registration information and proceed with the new registration.
